Tar and Feather

The best part of Stanley's visit to Colonial Williamsburg was when a man who was on trial and he was supposed to be tarred and feathered. He tried to get in close and see what was going on, but the crowd was too big. I don't know why Stanley is smiling. It was NOT funny!
