God's word reminds us that this world is not our home. Do you ever feel like a stranger...like an alien...like you're not sure where to park for a while? It's really a GOOD thing. I don't want to be settled/complacent. But why is it so hard sometimes? And how on earth do you explain it to someone?!! Maybe my blog will help you understand. I hope you enjoy.
This sweet little one is in the middle of getting her hair plaited. That's her real hair on top and the "braids" on the sides. Since this is a very poor area, it's not real hair they are putting on. It's more like yarn. It kind of reminds me of a Raggedy Anne doll. But isn't she sweet? She would have stood there all day letting me take her picture.
